About Yrkesdörren In Sweden, 7 out of 10 jobs are mediated via contacts. The professional networks we have are in other words crucial in our work life, and an important part in successfull integration and establishment on the labor market in Sweden for people who have immigrated here.

Yrkesdörren is a social start-up creating meetings between estabished swedes and people who are new here, partly to help people who are new in Sweden to build a professional network, and partly to get Swedish companies to facilitate the competence people with a foreign background has. In the long run, Yrkesdörren's goal is to improve integration and expand the cultural diversity on the Swedish labor market.

Out vision and ambition is to create a movement of door openers from the north to the south!

Yrkesdörren is an organisation within ÖppnaDörren – an initiative run by Axfoundation, which is a non profetable organisation founded by Antonia Ax:son Johnson.

Qualifications We are looking for a doer with a strong drive who likes to balance strategic and operative responsibilities. We need a creative problem solver who is prestigeless, flexible and likes to contribute to a strong community where we reach our goals as a team. You are a natural networker who is meticulous, analytical, and good at administration. You feel strongly about cultural diversity and and integration. We would you to be in the beginning of your career, but it's not a requirement.

Assignements & Responsibilities At Yrkesdörren every day is different. As responsible for the matching process you will be an important part of this exciting journey and help bring Yrkesdörren into the future. Your main assignements and responibilities will include:

  • Matching all of the established swedes and foreign born people living in Sweden in our system, with the goal to optimize tha matching possibilities to create as many meetings as possible.
  • Manage our customer and user relationships with the tool Zendesk, and contact users over the phone.
  • Gather, compile and analyze the data from our matches (Google analytics, Google Dashboard, inflow, suggested matches, confirmed meetings etc) as well as identify action points to optimize our work based on the weekly and monthly analysis.
  • Management and development of our database and online platforms in cooperation with our development company Ocean Observations

You will report to the managing director at Yrkesdörren. This position is full time and ends in May 2020. Our office is located at Östermalmsgatan 40 in Stockholm.
